I love coffee companies who are so passionate about their trade. I also very much appreciate when coffee companies take the time to share their knowledge with the public through blogs or classes. Many times people drink coffee just to stay awake rather than truly enjoying it for the delicate elixir that it is.

We all have heard about Kona Coffee if we are drinking copious amounts of coffee. But, it is really difficult to find a truly good single origin bean. We probably have had it as a “blend”. In that blend, how much of it is actually Kona, I’m never truly sure. Sadly, I have yet to have real, true, amazing Hawaiian coffee, thus I am unable to speak too much about it from a personal standpoint.

But don’t fret. I found a great resource for anyone interested in Hawaiian coffee. I stumbled upon Big Island Coffee Roasters by perusing Instagram. They were voted Hawaii’s Favorite Artisan Beverage in 2015 and Top 30 Coffees of 2013. They are an immaculate source for all things coffee and guaranteed you will be getting the best coffee from Hawaii if you purchase or subscribe to their coffee delivery. It’ll make you want to move to Hawaii all together!
